The EPAB Professional Women in Building Council is the voice of women in the building industry, dedicated to promoting industry professionalism and supporting our members by offering networking and educational opportunities, legislative awareness and outreach, and professional and personal development of women.

Our Goals
To fulfill our mission, we aim to:
• Elevate the contributions and accomplishments of women shaping the building industry
• Equip members with tools, resources, and education to promote financial independence and career growth
• Engage the public and industry partners by promoting the value and impact of women in construction and related fields
• Empower women through mentorship, leadership development, and meaningful networking opportunities
• Expand our influence by building strategic alliances and amplifying the collective voice of women in the industry

Associates Council

The Associates Council is a group that represents and serves the interests of members who provide products and services to builders, developers, and remodelers. These members might include vendors, suppliers, trades, Realtors, and mortgage lenders. The council focuses on developing programs, events, and resources to make it easier for associate members to do business with their builder and remodeler counterparts. 

Past Presidents Council

The Past President's Council was established to provide an opportunity to fully utilize the experience of our Past Presidents. The Past Presidents Council serves as an advisory council to the Board of Directors.

Government Relations

The Government Relations Committee is a team of EPAB members—builders, developers, engineers, land use attorneys, and other pros—who take the lead on advocacy efforts. They help shape EPAB’s stance on important issues and make sure our voice is heard.
